Privacy
Your information, handled with care.
This notice explains how information is handled when you contact SixOneThree HVAC, use this website, or authorize the internal QuickBooks Online Catalogue Tool.
Last updated August 26, 2026.
Information you choose to provide+
When you contact SixOneThree HVAC, you may provide your name, phone number, email address, service address, property or equipment details, photos, availability, and a description of the service request. Please do not send passwords or payment-card details by email.
How information is used+
Information is used to review and respond to enquiries, confirm service-area coverage, arrange and provide requested service, communicate about the request, maintain business records, and protect the website and field-service systems.
Website and service providers+
Information may be processed by providers used to host and secure the website, deliver email, and support field-service operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or the business.
Technical information+
The website and its hosting or security providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, requested pages, timestamps, and security events to deliver and protect the site.
Privacy-limited website measurement+
The website records allowlisted events such as page views, service-category interest, phone or email link selections, and service-request starts, successes, or errors. These records may include the source page, referring website host, service category, urgency, or button location, but do not include the name, phone, email, address, or issue details entered in the request form. Network information is converted to a salted, short-lived abuse-control value rather than stored with analytics events.
Retention and safeguards+
Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business and service records, security, and applicable legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet or email transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Your choices+
You may ask about personal information held about you, request a correction, or request deletion by contacting Admin@SixOneThreeHVAC.ca. A request may be subject to identity verification and any limits or retention requirements under applicable law.
QuickBooks Online catalogue records+
When an authorized QuickBooks company administrator connects the internal Catalogue Tool, it retrieves Products and services (Item) records for the connected SixOneThree HVAC company. Records may include item IDs and version metadata, active status, names, descriptions, SKUs, prices, purchase costs, tax settings, account references, inventory fields, parent or sub-item relationships, and creation or update timestamps. The tool does not intentionally retrieve customers, suppliers, invoices, payments, payroll, banking, or payment-card data.
QuickBooks read-only purpose+
QuickBooks information is used only to create a read-only verification snapshot, compare the live catalogue with an approved internal plan, and identify discrepancies. The tool cannot create, update, deactivate, or delete QuickBooks data. Any later cleanup is a separate activity requiring a separate plan and authorization.
QuickBooks connection and credentials+
Connection occurs through Intuit OAuth and must be approved by a QuickBooks company administrator. A short-lived access token and the QuickBooks company identifier are used only to complete the authorized export. They are kept in access-restricted temporary local files, are not logged, and are destroyed promptly after the export. The saved snapshot contains only a one-way digest of the company identifier, not the raw identifier.
QuickBooks storage, retention, and sharing+
Export files are stored on access-restricted SixOneThree-controlled systems and retained only as long as reasonably needed to verify the catalogue, support any separately approved cleanup, meet security or business-record requirements, or comply with law; they are then securely deleted. QuickBooks data is not sold, used for advertising, sent through the public website, or submitted to generative AI. Access is limited to authorized personnel and, when necessary, approved service providers required to protect it, or disclosures required by law. Intuit and other approved providers may process information outside Canada under their own safeguards.
QuickBooks safeguards and disconnection+
The connection uses encrypted transport and access-restricted local files. Credentials are not placed in chat, logs, screenshots, command arguments, or export files. A QuickBooks company administrator may disconnect or revoke the connection through QuickBooks Online.
