End User Licence Agreement
QuickBooks Catalogue Tool terms.
These terms govern the internal SixOneThree HVAC Catalogue Tool.

1. Internal-use application+
The Catalogue Tool is an internal business tool owned by SixOneThree HVAC Inc. It is available only to people the company expressly authorizes and is not offered for public use, resale, or distribution.
2. Limited licence+
SixOneThree HVAC Inc. grants authorized users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Tool for legitimate company operations. The Tool and its content remain the property of SixOneThree HVAC Inc.; no ownership rights are transferred.
3. Read-only QuickBooks connection+
The Tool is read-only. After an authorized company administrator approves the Intuit OAuth connection, it retrieves QuickBooks Online Products and services (Item) records and creates local verification files. It does not create, modify, deactivate, or delete QuickBooks data, refresh access tokens, or initiate accounting transactions. Any later QuickBooks change requires a separate plan and authorization and is outside the Tool. QuickBooks Online remains the authoritative accounting record.
4. Permitted use and restrictions+
Users may access only the connected SixOneThree HVAC company and information they are authorized to use. Users must not share credentials, authorization tokens, or client secrets; attempt unauthorized access; bypass safeguards; misuse exported information; reverse engineer the Tool except where law expressly permits; or resell, publish, or distribute the Tool or its exports.
5. Administrator authorization and user responsibility+
A QuickBooks company administrator controls authorization and may disconnect or revoke access. Authorized users must verify exported information and make accounting decisions in QuickBooks Online. Suspected unauthorized access or inaccurate output must be reported promptly.
6. Privacy and security+
Information is handled according to the SixOneThree HVAC Privacy Notice. Users must follow company security policies and must not place credentials or protected data in unauthorized systems.
7. Intuit and third-party services+
Intuit and QuickBooks are third-party services and trademarks of Intuit Inc. The Tool is not sponsored, endorsed, or warranted by Intuit. Intuit's terms and privacy practices apply to its services. SixOneThree HVAC Inc. does not control their availability or operation.
8. Availability, warranty, and liability+
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Tool is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SixOneThree HVAC Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Tool. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and termination+
The Tool and these terms may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date. Permission ends immediately when a user is no longer authorized or violates these terms. Provisions intended to survive termination continue to apply.
10. Governing law and general terms+
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. These terms are the entire agreement for the Tool and a failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
